Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SnappyTrip mobile application and services operated by WeWin Technologies LLP.

By accessing or using SnappyTrip, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use SnappyTrip only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

To use certain features of SnappyTrip, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Bookings and Payments

When making bookings through SnappyTrip:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
• Cancellation and refund policies vary by service provider
• We act as an intermediary between you and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.)

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). We will process refunds according to their policies and applicable laws. Processing fees may apply.

6. Intellectual Property

The SnappyTrip service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by WeWin Technologies LLP and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeWin Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

8. Disclaimer

The information and services provided by SnappyTrip are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeWin Technologies LLP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
